Backed by an executive team of former founders and senior leaders from companies including Shazam, TrueCar, AdapTV, LiveRail, Amazon, Google, Meta, Microsoft, and Yahoo, Tatari continues to scale rapidly as TV advertising enters its next major era.As a Client Services Manager, you will own post-sale relationships for a portfolio of mid-market clients within our growing customer base. You’ll serve as a trusted strategic partner and extension of each client’s marketing team, including working directly with marketing and media leads (e.g. CMOs, VP of Brand/Performance, etc.). You will combine strong relationship management with insight-led thinking and a deep understanding of your clients’ businesses and TV advertising strategy. This role is also highly cross functional and you will work closely with internal teams, including Media Buying, Engineering, and Data Science, to ensure client goals are met, campaigns are optimized, and value is consistently delivered. Responsibilities:Own post-sale relationships for a defined portfolio of mid-market client accounts, acting as the primary point of contact and trusted strategic advisorBuild and maintain strong client relationships by understanding business objectives, identifying both known and unknown needs, and delivering proactive recommendations generating measurable outcomesPartner closely with the Media Buying team on a weekly basis to ensure successful execution, optimization, and scaling of TV campaignsDevelop deep expertise of Tatari’s platform, methodology, and measurement approach, and leverage internal subject matter experts to help clients prioritize and solve problemsTranslate performance data into clear, compelling insights and recommendations for clientsPresent confidently to senior client stakeholders and guide strategic discussionsTravel up to ~10% to spend time with clients and strengthen relationships, including occasional in-person meetings with executive stakeholdersQualifications:Bachelor’s degree from a four-year institution; preferably in Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or Business Administration2+ years of linear and streaming TV experience in post-sale account management, client services, or customer success roles, with exposure to senior or C-level stakeholdersStrong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities effectivelyAbility to tell a clear story with data and translate insights into actionable recommendationsComfortable explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiencesStrong presentation, communication, and active listening skills—you come prepared and engaged in every client interactionAble to collaborate effectively with both technical teams (e.g., engineers, data scientists) and marketing stakeholdersConsultative mindset—you are not a salesperson, but a strategic partnerBonus: understanding of digital marketing (i.e. SEM, FB), programmatic experience, advanced Excel skills, advanced data visualization abilitiesBenefits:Competitive salary ($70,000K-100,000K/annually)Equity compensationHealth insurance coverage for you and your dependents401K, FSA, and commuter benefits$150 monthly spending account$1,000 annual continued education benefit$500 Newbie Productivity PerkUnlimited PTO and sick daysMonthly Company Wellness Day OffSnacks, drinks, and catered lunches at the officeTeam building events Hybrid RTO of 2 days per week in office.At Tatari, we believe in the importance of cultivating teams with diverse backgrounds and offering equal opportunities to all.
