In this role, you will generate leads, attract new clients, and close deals. Your responsibilities will include building rapport with new and existing customers, evaluating their needs, and negotiating successful deals. The ideal candidate has an outgoing personality, exceptional customer service and negotiation skills, and a strong desire to close deals. Responsibilities Existing industry knowledge within the asphalt / parking lot maintenance arena Develop rapport and build relationships with existing and potential customers Travel to appointments and meetings with potential and existing customers Meet or exceed designated sales targets Document all leads, sales, and customer interactions Use best practices in negotiation and sales techniques to close sales Qualifications High school diploma/GED required, Bachelor’s degree preferred Previous experience within the asphalt / construction industry Previous experience in outside sales Excellent negotiation and customer service skills Strong written and verbal communication skills A positive attitude and ability to be persistent Flexible work from home options available.
