This position shall be on-site and will be primarily responsible to proactively monitor systems, respond to problems, providing first tier troubleshooting and utilize the State’s trouble ticketing system. This position will be the point of contact between the users, software development staff and the Project Team for all applications and infrastructure developed under this Contract or predecessors. This position shall act at the direction of the Project Team to perform system maintenance, security patching, system monitoring, equipment installation, and inventory tasks. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
