Bradley Co. This role will support the development of stronger reporting, more effective business processes, improved data quality, and more disciplined execution across the commercial organization.This role is intended for an experienced analyst who can bring structure to ambiguous problems, improve analytical rigor, and help modernize how Sales Operations supports the business. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capability, business acumen, technical skill, and a practical process-improvement mindset. This person will play a key role in helping Sales Operations grow into a more scalable, data-driven, and high-impact function.Duties and ResponsibilitiesPartner with the Sales Operations Manager to help build, scale, and continuously improve the Sales Operations functionDevelop, maintain, and enhance reporting, dashboards, and analytical tools that improve visibility, decision-making, and sales executionSupport process improvement initiatives that reduce manual work, improve consistency, and create more scalable ways of workingTranslate business questions into structured analysis and actionable insights for Sales and cross-functional stakeholdersHelp standardize reporting, templates, workflows, and operating routines across Sales OperationsSupport pricing, promotions, customer/program analysis, sales planning, and related commercial initiatives as business needs evolveValidate, reconcile, and organize data from multiple internal and external sources, including retailer portals, internal systems, and business-owned filesIdentify reporting gaps, process inefficiencies, and data issues, and recommend practical improvementsAssist in documenting SOPs, business rules, definitions, and process expectations to support a more disciplined operating modelWork cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Demand Planning, Operations, and related teams to support execution and improve business processesProvide reliable ad hoc analysis and support special projects tied to the continued growth and maturation of Sales OperationsQualification RequirementsMinimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Supply Chain, Economics, or a related fieldMinimum Work Experience: 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Analytics, Commercial Analytics, Revenue Operations, or a related functionLicense(s) / Certification(s): N/AKnowledge, Skills And AbilitiesAbility to maintain regular and predictable attendanceAbility to work in a constant state of alertnessStrong Excel skills with the ability to work efficiently with data, reporting, and analysis in a business environmentAt least intermediate experience in Power BI or Tableau, including building and maintaining dashboards and supporting business reporting needsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn loosely defined business needs into structured analysis and reportingExperience improving reporting processes, business workflows, or data quality in a practical business settingStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environmentStrong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across Sales, Finance, Operations, and other cross-functional teamsPreferred QualificationsExperience in consumer goods, manufacturing, wholesale, retail, or other fast-paced commercial environmentsExperience supporting pricing, promotions, POS analysis, sales reporting, customer/program analysis, or commercial planningFamiliarity with ERP, planning, CRM, or master data environments such as SAP, NetSuite, or similar platformsWorking knowledge of ETL fundamentals, Power Query, data validation, and data modeling conceptsExperience with Power Automate, Power Apps, or other workflow automation tools is a plusExperience helping improve or formalize business processes in a growing or less structured environmentKey Success FactorsBrings structure and clarity to ambiguous or loosely defined problemsCan move comfortably between reporting, analysis, and process improvement workHelps elevate the quality, consistency, and scalability of Sales Operations supportBalances speed, accuracy, and sound judgment in a fast-moving business environmentWorks effectively across functions and builds credibility with stakeholdersContributes to the long-term growth of Sales Operations while also supporting day-to-day business needs Physical RequirementsRepresents the appropriate physical requirements of the job in the course of the work.For employment within the United States, the W.C.
