McCue is seeking a high-performing Regional Sales Representative to drive revenue growth within the industrial safety market. This individual will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence in key U.S. territories by selling McCue’s industry-leading safety solutions, bollards, guardrails, pedestrian barriers, and more, to end-users in distribution, warehousing, and manufacturing environments.As a key member of our growing industrial safety sales team, the Regional Sales Rep will be responsible for identifying new capital projects, developing direct customer relationships, and working closely with contractors, facility operators, and corporate buyers. This is a hunter-focused role with a strong emphasis on new business development during greenfield builds and major facility upgrades.The ideal candidate is a self-starter, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a proven track record in capex-driven sales or industrial solutions. This role involves regional travel and requires a deep understanding of the industrial construction and logistics landscape.Key Results:Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targetsDevelop a consistent pipeline of qualified capital projectsSuccessfully close high-value, complex sales with industrial end-usersEstablish McCue as a trusted partner in industrial safety within your regionKey Activities:Prospect for new opportunities in greenfield construction, facility expansion, and safety upgrade projectsBuild and nurture direct relationships with plant managers, safety directors, GCs, and other project stakeholdersConduct on-site visits to understand safety needs and recommend tailored McCue solutionsCoordinate closely with internal teams (customer care, field service, operations) to ensure successful project deliveryLeverage tools like CRM (HubSpot) to track sales activities, manage pipeline, and forecast accuratelyAttend regional industry events and stay up to date on trends in distribution, logistics, and manufacturingTravel frequently within the assigned region (75%)Areas of responsibility:Lead and manage all industrial safety efforts, creating a strong safety culture within McCue and with customers.Build and maintain strong relationships with key industrial clients, providing tailored safety solutions that address their needs.Work with internal teams to ensure safety products meet industry regulations and standards. Oversee new product launches and ensure smooth implementation.Lead and develop a high-performing safety team. Provide training and ensure alignment with company goals.Work with the sales team to grow McCue’s industrial safety business. Focus on meeting revenue targets and expanding market share.Qualifications3–7 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in industrial, construction, or capex environmentsStrong business development mindset and ability to work autonomouslyExperience managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholdersExcellent communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skillsStrong organizational habits and comfort using CRM software (HubSpot a plus)Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferredLocation & TravelLocation: Remote – must be based in/near the assigned territoryTravel: Regional travel required (75%)Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in industrial safety, engineering, or related fields.Reports To: Chief Innovation Officer
