Legal Coordinator - Tampa
Work Type: Full Time, Hybrid, Direct Hire
Salary: $42-48k/year
Key Responsibilities
Conduct conflict of interest searches and analyze results
Assist with the opening and finalization of new client matters
Collaborate with the New Business Intake team to ensure timely and accurate processing
Support attorneys and staff with conflict-related inquiries
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with firm policies
Manage high-volume workflows while meeting strict deadlines
Qualifications
1+ year of experience in a professional office environment (flexible; recent grads with applicable internships encouraged to apply)
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced setting
High attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience with Adobe is a plus
Exposure to legal or financial systems such as Thomson Elite/Enterprise, 3E, or Intapp Open is a plus but not require
Pay Details: $42,000.00 to $48,000.00 per year
