Overview In this role, you lead the Marietta lab within the Simulation & System Labs to deliver high-fidelity simulation and HWIL capabilities for the Agile Drone Framework program. You guide cross-functional teams in an agile setting, driving collaboration, performance, and program execution to meet commitments. You partner with platform, hardware, software, and flight-test leaders to advance simulation-based verification and system integration. This position offers impact across lab infrastructure, process improvements, and delivery of complex, cutting-edge simulation solutions.
