What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll set up and operate CNC equipment to produce precision aerospace parts while meeting exacting quality requirements. You’ll interpret blueprints and GD&T, follow clear work instructions, and perform in-process checks using standard inspection tools. Depending on the department, you may work independently or collaborate with a small team to hit production and quality targets.

CNC Milling
CNC Turning (Lathe)
CNC Grinding
Multi‑axis machining (3, 4, or 5‑axis)
Setup and/or programming experience (varies by role)
Core Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision aerospace components
Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and work instructions
Perform quality checks using standard inspection tools
Maintain tight tolerances and adhere to aerospace quality standards
Work independently or as part of a team, depending on assignment
What You Bring
Hands-on CNC machining experience in a production or job shop environment
Proven ability to hold tight tolerances
Background with aerospace or other high‑precision parts strongly preferred
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Compensation & Shifts
Pay Range: $25–$40 per hour, based on experience and skill set
Shifts: 1st and 2nd shift openings
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Shift premiums and overtime may be available depending on role
