Electronic Assembler

Job Summary We seek a skilled Assembler to to use hands, tools, or machines to perform assembly of small, tight tolerance piece parts and validate that they fit correctly and meet specifications. Primary Responsibilities · Follow technical assembly instructions, processes and procedures · Adhere to policies, guidelines and regulatory requirements · Report quality, process, equipment, and material problems to Production Supervisor · Maintain a clean and organized work area · Verify correct quantities of parts produced · Assist other departments as necessary Requirements and skills · Ability to read basic specification sheets · Minimum of 1 year of experience using small hand tools and machines (e.g. small presses) · Excellent hand-eye coordination · High school diploma or equivalent Physical Demands · Ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time · Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds · Excellent vision including color vision · Exceptional hand eye coordination Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Vision insurance Experience: working with small parts: 1 year (Required) Ability to Commute: Lincoln, RI 02865 (Required) Work Location: In person
