They're good for you.What You'll OwnYou'll be the operational backbone of our program team - the person who makes sure nothing slips through the cracks and everyone has what they need to succeed.Keep materials moving - manage job router releases with precision to keep production sequences on trackVerify material certifications and maintain heat lot tracking documentation before parts hit the floorSpot and communicate shortages or errors in raw materials and purchased items before they become problemsPartner with Production Control Coordinators to ensure seamless, on-time part and material flowWalk the plant daily - assess, update, and own project status tools and reportsMonitor and report on production goals set by the program teamRepresent the program team in cross-departmental meetings and keep shared resources alignedProactively flag anything that could disrupt production - and bring solutions, not just problemsReview routers at close-out to confirm all documentation meets contract requirementsEnsure purchased materials and outside services align with shop schedules and delivery commitmentsStep up as project lead on specifically assigned projects when called uponWhat You Bring to the TableYou're the kind of person who spots the gap before it becomes a problem.
