Folder Operator

As an Insert Folding Operator, this role is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining insert and outsert folding equipment to support efficient production and quality output. This position ensures folding equipment is properly prepared, maintained, and operated according to specifications, safety standards, and work instructions. The scope of work includes locating flatstock, performing make-readies, completing preventative maintenance, and producing folded inserts that meet quality requirements. A typical day may involve preparing folding equipment, running jobs, completing routine maintenance, assembling trays or shippers, and coordinating with surrounding operations to ensure smooth workflow and on-time production.
