Those who are sell motivated in sales, customer service, and thrive in a small team environment are encouraged to apply.Job PurposeHire, coach, train, and manage a small team of employees through the use of daily observation forms, monthly one on one meetings, and on the spot redirect coaching.Achieve monthly sales quota by using cross selling techniques for wireless phones, accessories, service plans, and features.Retain customers by providing outstanding customer service to new and existing customers in both sales and service transactions.Complete operational duties assigned to you accurately and within required time framesPerform up to 10 business to business sales outreach appointments per week.Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Weekend availability required. Monthly bonus opportunities.
