K-6th Grade Teacher

We are looking for enthusiastic K-6 teachers to foster and facilitate the intellectual and social development of the children. Teaching position includes planning, implementing and assessing lessons. You will teach children with patience and creativity. Teacher duties include designing a teaching plan and using activities and instructional methods to motivate children.ResponsibilitiesDesign and follow a complete teaching planTeach core subjects along with personal, social and emotional skillsOrganize learning material and resourcesUse a variety of activities and instructional methods (songs, stories, media, structured games, art, outdoor activities etc) to motivate and stimulate children's abilitiesMaintain an open line of communication with parents and provide appropriate informationAssess students performance and progress to ensure they are mastering the skills on regular basisMonitor children's interactions and nurture cooperation and sharingCooperate with administration staffFollow and comply with teaching standards and safety regulationsSkillsProven working experience as a teacher, assistant or teacher aideExcellent knowledge of child development and latest education theories and practicesCreative and artistic teaching abilitiesTeaching and organization skillsPatience and flexibilityStrong communication skillsKeep abreast with the latest trends and best practicesBS degree in education or relevant license/certificate
