They work across a wide range of commercial sectors. Right now they are rebooting their special projects division which handles their Tenant Improvement and Renovation projects across all sectors - typically these projects are between $500k - $7M in value. The special projects team will be responsible for running faster-paced/smaller projects within the company, managing multiple clients at once.Job DescriptionLead and manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all milestones are met.Develop and oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.Communicate project updates, progress, and any potential risks to stakeholders.Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.Maintain detailed project documentation and provide regular reports to management.Resolve project-related issues and implement corrective actions as needed.Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
