This individual will be responsible for managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, client relationships, and internal project teams to ensure successful project delivery.The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong communication skills, technical construction knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional client satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage commercial construction projects from kickoff through completionDevelop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecastingCoordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractorsOversee subcontractor procurement, negotiations, and contract administrationManage project financials including cost tracking, change orders, and billingEnsure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budgetMentor Project Engineers and Assistant Project ManagersConduct regular project meetings and maintain strong communication with stakeholdersIdentify and proactively resolve project challengesSupport business development efforts and help foster long-term client relationshipsQualifications5+ years of experience in commercial construction project managementExperience with projects ranging from $10M–$100M+ preferredBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferredStrong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and budgetingExperience with Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, or Microsoft Project is a plusProven ability to lead teams and manage client relationshipsExcellent organizational and communication skillsFor immediate consideration, please apply with an updated resume or email resume to Samuel@TheAgencyRecruiting.com.
