Clinical Services ManagerThe Clinical Services Manager (CSM) provides leadership coverage for approximately 30 FTEs within the ambulatory Orthopaedic Clinics. Management oversight will encompass 2 clinic locations. The CSM is responsible for managing nursing personnel, administering patient services, serving as a nurse, acting as liaison between physicians and nurses, and serving on various committees. Provides guidance and direction to nurses and coworkers to ensure smooth processes, quality, and excellent customer service. The duties of the CSM contribute to the effort to further the mission of UAMS: To improve the health and health care of Arkansans.
QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program with Bachelors in Nursing Plus 5 years of experience in nursing and at least 3 of those years in a supervisory capacity
Valid License as a Registered Nurse by the State of Arkansas
Current BLS certification or must obtain within the first 30 days of employment.
Excellent communication skills
Basic computer skills
Strong work ethics and accountability
Preferred Experience:
Master of Science in Nursing (MSN)
Salary Information: Commensurate with education and experience
