Max Aerostructures is currently looking for a Program Manager.This position provides a one-of-a-kind experience for our customers is a top priority at MAX. As a Program Manager, your role is to always keep the customer in mind when you uphold the MAX motto of “do what’s right, do everything to the best of your ability and show you care.” Performing at the highest level for our customers is paramount, and as a Program Manager you are tasked to help keep our customers informed and up-to-date on their product.Job Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited ToServe as the focal for all aspects as related to the customer or responsibility assigned to you, including but not limited to day-to-day correspondence, shop floor expediting, purchase order creation, status and updating, stat using through customer-supplied communication tools, order entry and shipments. Utilize MAX operating system “Syteline” to status and monitor customer orders as well as other tasked assigned to you requiring use of this system.Monitor and track delivery performance of consumption-based orders (min/max, vendor owned inventory, etc.) through customer provided inventory metrics, tools and other reporting methods. Coordinate throughout the day with operations, quality and other shipping personnel to ensure groups are aligned as to what needs to deliver each day. Serve has the primary point of contact with operations when machining priorities need to be setEnter new customer orders. Follow necessary steps and review each order to ensure errors are held in a minimum. Scan necessary customer documentation (orders, certs, etc.) as required into MAX document storage locations (Doc-Trak or otherwise).Other duties as assignedThe Ideal Candidate Will Have The Following QualificationsHigh school diploma required, college degree preferred 3+ years customer service experienceExperience with Microsoft Office applications is required.Be resourceful and able to anticipate, prevent, and resolve customer service issues.Be self-motivated and driven to perform at the highest level of quality.Aerospace industry knowledge is highly desired Understanding of customer order and inventory methods, including but not limited to, discrete orders, vendor-owned inventory, and min/max. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, being punctual and consistently meeting deadlines, and working well in a fast-paced organization.
