Job Summary: Elements Massage Happy Valley is looking for a confident, client-focused esthetician who loves skincare and loves selling it. If you’re passionate about treatments and educating clients on the right products for real results, this is for you. Our ideal candidate understands that professional services don’t end when the facial does—homecare matters, and product sales are a huge part of client success (and your income). What You’ll Do: Perform high-quality esthetic services with professionalism and care Build strong relationships with clients through education and trust Recommend and sell retail skincare products tailored to each client’s needs Meet or exceed personal retail sales goals Maintain treatment rooms and follow all sanitation standards Represent the brand with confidence, positivity, and integrity What We’re Looking For: Active esthetics license Part time availability. One day a week, with potential for more scheduled in advance. Strong communication skills and a sales-driven mindset Comfort recommending products and closing retail sales Ability to upsell services and homecare without feeling “pushy” Reliable, professional, and motivated to grow Licensed to provide facial services in Arizona.
