Registered Nurse (RN) - Case Manager - Travel Position (with $7,500 Completion Bonus) Location: West Hollywood, CAJob Type: Travel ContractDuration: 13 weeksShift: 5x8 DaysPay: $2,400.80/week (plus $2,500 completion bonus per contract, up to $7,500 after three contracts)About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced RN Case Manager to join our care coordination team. The RN Case Manager will oversee patient care plans, ensuring continuity of care across multiple settings.
