Description Alliance Technical Group is on the lookout for an exceptional leader to take on the pivotal role of Director of Financial Planning and Analysis. This job will start between $140K to $160K depending upon experience and performance bonus, benefits, PTO and 9 paid holidays per year. This position will oversee the whole division, and travel will be a necessity.OverviewWe are seeking a Director of FP&A to lead financial planning and reporting in a fast-paced, private equity-backed environment. This role partners closely with senior leadership to deliver insights that drive decision-making, support growth initiatives, and enhance enterprise value.Key ResponsibilitiesLead monthly financial reporting, including flash reports, variance analysis, and performance packagesPartner with business unit leaders to review results, identify risks/opportunities, and drive accountabilityOwn the forecasting process, including rolling forecasts and scenario analysisLead the annual budgeting process across the organizationDeliver timely, actionable insights to executive leadership and private equity stakeholdersSupport ad hoc analysis and strategic initiativesOversee integration of acquisitions into financial reporting, including transaction-level detail and pro forma consolidationIdentify and implement improvements to financial processes, systems, and reporting capabilitiesManage, mentor, and develop a team of FP&A professionalsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or MSF preferred7+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or related fieldExperience in a private equity-backed or high-growth environment preferredStrong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skillsProven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and communicate with senior leadershipExperience with NetSuite and NetSuite Planning & Budgeting is a plusExperience managing teams and developing talentAdvanced proficiency in ExcelAdvanced proficiency in financial systems and data analysis toolsKey Benefits Include:Medical, Dental, and Vision InsuranceFlexible Spending Accounts401(K) Plan with Competitive MatchContinuing Education and Tuition AssistanceEmployer-Sponsored Disability BenefitsLife InsuranceEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Paid Time Off (PTO), Paid Holidays, & Bonus Floating Holiday (if hired before July 1st)Profit Sharing or Individual Bonus ProgramsReferral ProgramPer Diem & Paid TravelEmployee Discount HubAlliance Technical Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
