This Asset Servicing Analyst will primarily work in Corporate Actions but will have opportunity to learn and cross train in the other business functions.Essential Functions:Review data sources to identify and book a high volume of corporate actions for accurate NAV's in a timely fashionEnsure strict adherence to executing controls and procedures at all timesExhibit mastery over all voluntary and mandatory corporate actions and their life cyclesValidate all dividend information loaded into the accounting systemAct as the primary escalation contact within BNP for cash/security breaks to resolve issues in a timely mannerCreate and continually maintain accurate custodian contacts, instructions, accesses and profilesOngoing review of existing processes to identify potential improvements to create new efficiencies and increase quality and controlsResearches and resolves a variety of issues that may be complex in nature.Minimum Required QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent1 - 3 years related financial industry experience in back or middle office operationsStrong interest in the financial services industryExcellent verbal and written communication skillsTrack record of attention to detail and accuracyAbility to identify and prioritize tasks appropriatelyFlexibility to adapt to volume fluctuationsPreferred Qualifications:Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyWorking knowledge of various securities types; debt, equity, derivatives both listed/unlisted, restricted/unrestricted, physical and electronic formExpertise associated with equity and fixed income securities, both US and internationalProven ability to maintain a customer service focused attitude in a high pressure environmentFINRA Registrations Required:Not ApplicableCFTC Swap Dealer Associated Person (if yes, NFA Swaps Proficiency Program is required):Not ApplicableSEC Security-Based Swap Dealer Associated Person:Not Applicable
