HSA Custodial Operations Analyst

A company is looking for a Custodial Operations Analyst 1 to support daily operations of Health Savings Account processes. Key Responsibilities Process internal bank transfers and reconcile bank accounts for HSA transactions Collect and validate data to ensure accuracy of HSA transactional records and generate operational reports Respond to consumer and partner inquiries regarding HSA processing and support internal teams with service level agreements Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field preferred High proficiency with spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets) 1-2 years of experience in the Financial Services industry preferred Experience with HSA/custodial operations or in a treasury or accounting role preferred Must successfully pass a background investigation
