Regulatory Evaluator, AI Compliance

A company is looking for a Regulatory Evaluator, HCP Sales (AI). Key Responsibilities Review and evaluate HCP- and patient-facing Voice AI interactions for regulatory compliance Assess alignment with approved labeling, regulatory guidance, and promotional boundaries Identify regulatory risk, ambiguity, or precedent concerns in AI-driven interactions Required Qualifications 3-10+ years of experience in Pharmaceutical Regulatory Affairs Direct involvement in MLR/PRC review processes as a Regulatory contributor or decision-maker Strong understanding of promotional regulations, labeling, and regulatory risk assessment Ability to make clear, defensible regulatory judgment calls Reliable access to a computer and high-speed internet
