Job Title: Legal Administrative Assistant - III Location: Little Rock Arkansas 72231 (100% Remote) Duration: 12+ Months Type: Contract Job OverviewClient is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Legal Analyst to join the Centralized Leasing Team (CLT). This team supports the Network Engineering and Operations organization by managing real estate leasing and related transactions for network infrastructure deployment across the country.The Legal Analyst will play a key role in reviewing, preparing, and managing legal documentation, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all leasing-related activities.Key ResponsibilitiesReview, analyze, and prepare time-sensitive legal documents to support network leasing and infrastructure projectsRespond promptly to emails and internal communications, ensuring effective coordination with stakeholdersAssist in maintaining and updating the team’s internal documentation portal, including templates, processes, and recordsSupport contract review and leasing transactions for network infrastructure deploymentEnsure accuracy, consistency, and compliance across all legal and real estate documentationCollaborate with internal teams to meet project deadlines and business objectivesRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree with 2+ years of relevant experience, OR 6+ years of relevant experience in legal support, contract management, or real estate transactions.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to quickly learn new systems and tools.Solid understanding of basic legal concepts, terminology, and practices.Basic knowledge of real estate principles and leasing processes.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail.Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.Flexible and adaptable with a willingness to learn new skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience drafting routine contracts and professional communications.Strong understanding of real estate terms, conditions, and leasing structures.Ability to identify process improvements and recommend efficient solutions.Demonstrated sense of urgency and accountability in delivering high-quality work.Strong stakeholder communication and relationship management skills.Key CompetenciesAttention to detail.Time management & prioritization.Analytical thinking.Communication & collaboration.Process improvement mindset.
