Senior EHS / Safety Manager

*Job Summary* Ajin Georgia is seeking an experienced *Senior Safety Manager* to lead Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) programs within our automotive manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will oversee safety compliance, develop and implement EHS programs, promote a strong safety culture, and ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory requirements. *Responsibilities* * Lead and promote a strong safety culture throughout the organization. * Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations. * Develop, implement, and maintain EHS policies and procedures. * Conduct safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments. * Investigate incidents and implement corrective and preventive actions. * Develop and deliver EHS training programs for employees and management. * Oversee environmental compliance, waste management, and documentation. * Evaluate new equipment and manufacturing processes for safety risks. * Partner with leadership to achieve company safety goals and continuous improvement initiatives. * Perform other duties as assigned. *Qualifications* *Required* * Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Management, Engineering, or a related field. * 10+ years of progressive EHS experience in a manufacturing environment. * Strong knowledge of OSHA and environmental regulations. * Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. * Ability to lead safety initiatives and manage multiple priorities. *Preferred* * Automotive manufacturing experience. * Experience with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. * Certified Safety Professional (CSP) certification. * Experience leading safety culture improvement initiatives. 근무 형태: 정규직 급여: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 연봉 복리후생: * * * * * 지원 질문: * Do you have a Bachelor's degree or higher? * Do you have at least 10 years of EHS experience in a manufacturing environment? * Do you have experience with OSHA and EPA compliance? * Do you have experience with ISO 14001 and/or ISO 45001? 근무지 위치: 대면
