This is a full-time contract role with the opportunity to convert to full-time with benefits. Looking for a collaborative operator who gets sh*t done. Immediate start preferred.What You'll DoCoordinate between design team and factories (domestic + overseas)Manage production timelines, approvals, and deliverablesMaintain WIP reports and time-and-action calendarsTrack tech packs, specs, revisions, and filesSupport product development from proto/SMS through bulk productionPartner cross-functionally with design, merchandising, and vendorsEnsure accuracy, quality, and on-time deliveryMaintain product margins across SKUs; negotiate with factories as neededWhat You BringExperience in apparel production (streetwear a plus)Strong understanding of the production lifecycleHighly organized with strong follow-throughERP/PLM experience preferred (Full Circle a plus)Ability to read and build Adobe Illustrator tech packsComfortable working on-site in Los Angeles and visiting vendorsBonusExisting vendor/factory relationshipsExperience in fast-paced, drop-based environmentsFashion startup experienceCompensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.
