Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Capture Manager. The Capture Manager will lead and manage the capture of business opportunities through the entire lifecycle, from opportunity identification and pursuit to proposal development and successful contract win strategies. Responsibilities include creating capture plans, coordinating with cross-functional teams, conducting market analysis, evaluating competitors, and maintaining strong client relationships. The Capture Manager will ensure consistency with business objectives and drive the overall strategy to secure key opportunities in alignment with the company's goals. Qualifications</p>Very strong Customer facing relationships. Executes a fully comprehensive Capture Strategy aligning effectively with System High’s mission, vision, and strategic growth goals.Executes BD plans and strategy to support the achievement of System High’s business objectives based on research into the market, customer trends, and competition in the market.Assists in the development of company BD pipeline, assessing internal company synergies, probability of win, and required resources and investments based on System High’s mission and LSRP.Executes capture of new and organic business awards through developing strategic partnerships, teams, and solutions responsive to the customer needs.Executes sound BD processes in their area of operation to effectively streamline capture management, proposal development, and operations in the pursuit of expanding System High’s Intel and Counterintelligence footprint across Defense and Intel customers.Delivers regular briefings to the VP of Strategic Growth outlining BD program effectiveness.QualificationsRequired Skills (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities).Proven track record of successful lead generation, prospect management and winning competitions for the Defense and Intelligence Community - passionately grow the business by leveraging relationships founded on trust and integrity. Must be able to comprehend corporate capabilities pertaining to Program Protection, Intelligence, and Counterintelligence, and apply them to customer protection challenges; embrace and live the Burn Blue culture.Excellent verbal and written communication skills compounded with exceptional collaboration, negotiations, organizational and critical thinking skills.Proven track record of collecting real time intelligence and using it to help develop critical demand solutions and winning capture strategies.Possess and grow a thriving business network utilized to increase market share by improving System High’s access, brand, and credibility.Must have ability to effectively present information and represent System High to C-Level leadership, prospects, and/or public forums.Operational experience in Government and/or prior military experience related to national security, defense, and intelligence is strongly desired, but not necessarily required.Professional Business FunctionsAbility to constructively engage and resolve challenging situations.Available to work before/after typical office hours.Independent self-starter, proactive and professionally assertive.Proficiency with MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).Strong analytical and problem solving skills.Ability to collaborate with the EVP of Strategic Growth and cross-functional teams to solve complex challenges.Strong project management skills. ClearanceActive TSSubject to a random counter-intelligence scope polygraphs as a condition of access eligibility.Years of Experience/Education RequirementsMinimum of 7 years in Business Development/Capture Management, or operational experience in government/military, contracting authority, or similar industry experience.Experience must include at least 5 years of capture strategy development and executionBachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Management, or relevant field of discipline desired. CertificationsPMP strongly desired, not required Travel RequirementsFrequent travel to various program sites as necessary to ensure sound program execution.Ability to travel to CONUS and OCONUS.Ability to travel as required to various trade shows and industry conferences that may be geographically dispersed.
