Entry-Level Commercial HVAC Preventative Maintenance Technician

Job DescriptionWe are seeking an Entry-Level Commercial HVAC Preventative Maintenance Technicianto support our growing commercial HVAC operations in the Tampa Bay area. This position focuses on scheduled preventative maintenancewith limited service work and requires the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.ResponsibilitiesPerform scheduled preventative maintenance on commercial HVAC systemsChange air filters and belts on blowers and fan assembliesClean and wash condenser and evaporator coilsPerform minor repairs and adjustments as assignedInspect equipment and report findings to supervisorsComplete basic service documentationFollow all safety procedures and job site requirementsRequirements2–3 years HVAC experience(commercial preferred)Valid driver's license with a clean driving recordAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionWorking knowledge of HVAC systems and componentsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and work on rooftops, ladders, and mechanical roomsReliable, punctual, and professionalPreferred (Not Required)EPA CertificationExperience with commercial rooftop units (RTUs)What We OfferCompetitive hourly pay based on experienceSteady, predictable work through planned maintenance contractsOpportunity for advancement and additional trainingJ-18808-Ljbffr
