RTLS Support Engineer

Job Title: RTLS Support AnalystLocation: Memphis, Tennessee (Day 1 Onsite)Job Type: 6 Months ContractJob SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled RTLS (Real-Time Location Systems) Support Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting RTLS infrastructure to ensure accurate tracking and system reliability. This role involves working closely with IT, operations, and end users to support location-based solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor RTLS systems and ensure continuous uptime and performanceTroubleshoot hardware and software issues related to RTLS (tags, sensors, anchors, servers)Provide technical support and resolve user-reported incidentsPerform system configuration, calibration, and testingAnalyze location data and generate reports as requiredCoordinate with vendors for issue resolution and upgradesMaintain documentation of system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting stepsAssist in deployment and integration of RTLS solutions across facilitiesEnsure compliance with security and operational standardsRequired Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in IT, Electronics, Computer Science, or related fieldBasic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, RFID, UWB)Familiarity with RTLS technologies and IoT systems (preferred)Strong troubleshooting and analytical skillsExperience with ticketing tools and support processesGood communication and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work in shifts or on-call support if requiredPreferred QualificationsExperience with RTLS platforms (e.g., Zebra, Cisco Spaces, Stanley Healthcare, etc.)Knowledge of databases and basic SQLUnderstanding of healthcare, manufacturing, or logistics environments (if applicable)
