Senior Estimator — Precast Concrete | Smyrna, TN (Hybrid) | $75K–$100KA growing precast concrete manufacturer is hiring a Senior Estimator to join its Internal Operations team in Smyrna, TN. This is a high-volume, fast-paced seat for someone who knows precast inside and out and can turn blueprints into accurate bids under tight timelines.Location: Smyrna, TN — hybrid schedule available after onboarding.Industry experience is required for this role — please apply only if you have direct experience in precast concrete, drainage products, concrete pipe, or a closely related concrete manufacturing segment.What you'll do:Track active bidding projects and analyze bid documentsPerform comprehensive product takeoffs from construction plansPrepare accurate, job-specific cost estimates and proposal notesSource vendor bids for project-specific elementsBuild material proposals for the Sales team to deliver to customersServe as a product and manufacturing-methods expert internallyWhat we're looking for:5+ years of estimating experience in precast concrete, drainage, concrete pipe, or a directly related concrete manufacturing industry (required)Proven track record managing a high volume of bids without sacrificing accuracyStrong ability to read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and bid documentsAdvanced Microsoft Office skills, especially ExcelWorking knowledge of ERP / inventory control software — Titan or StackIt strongly preferredSolid math, drafting, and data analysis skillsExcellent attention to detail, time management, and written communicationTeam-oriented approach with the ability to work cross-functionally with Sales and OperationsMust be located in or willing to commute to Smyrna, TN (Nashville metro area)Compensation: $75,000 – $100,000Why this seat: You'll own a high volume of estimates that move directly into Sales hands, work alongside an experienced operations team, and grow your expertise in a specialized manufacturing space with real career runway.Interested?
