What You’ll Do Lead and coach engaging, structured gymnastics classes that kids love Inspire a positive, high-energy experience for athletes and families Oversee daily gym operations to ensure a safe, organized, and welcoming environment Support and lead events, birthday parties, and special programming Help grow and evolve the gymnastics program through leadership and initiative What You Bring Background in gymnastics, cheer, dance, or youth athletics Leadership experience—or strong readiness to step into a leadership role High energy, positivity, and a genuine love for working with children Strong communication skills, reliability, and a team-first mindset The Details Full-time position Benefits include: health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off Schedule includes at least 2 weekday evenings and Saturdays  Morning classes and afternoon birthday party leadership required Active, hands-on role (must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.)
