District Manager, WAIf interested in this opportunity, please complete our culture index survey at the link below: https://surveys.cultureindex.com/s/SZp28aojTX/95988The District Manager role is a sales role responsible for the execution of our annual sales goals in the state of WA through planning, customer account visits and management, distributor education and work withs and communication to and the support of their State and Regional Manager supervisors.This is a role that requires the ability to multi-task as you will be working with our distributor partners developing monthly plans and programs with the State Manager, training and working the markets with our distributor partners’ sales teams, building relationships and selling to key retail and on-premises accounts. Building productive visits, wine dinners and consumer tasting and selling events for our suppliers. This is a role for someone who is a tenacious goal-oriented overachiever.Location; The ideal candidate will reside in or around the Seattle, WA areaResponsibilities/Essential Functions:Relationship BuildingWorking the market with the Distributor Sales teamAttaining Sales Goals and ObjectivesDistributor education and information; team meetings, GSMs and special eventsParticipate in weekly, monthly and tertile meetings and business reviewsKPI of 100 Top Accounts sales objectivesPrepare and execute supplier market visits, dinners, tastings, and sales meetingsCommunicate sales updates, market conditions and any issues with State and Regional Manager weeklyWin Every Day! Qualifications/Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree preferred5 years of distributor or supplier experienceWine retail sales experience preferredA foundation of wine intelligence and the ability to educate othersCompetitive and Charismatic personalityStrong communication, both written and verbalSuperior organizational skills, detail oriented, must be able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesAbility to work independently and in a dynamic, high energy, team-oriented atmosphere.High level of proficiency with Microsoft officeAbility to lift 35 poundsSafe driving recordMust be able to present in front of large groups of people.
