The successful candidate will be responsible for business development, revenue growth, account management, and providing market intelligence. This role demands a professional with a proven track record in senior sales, business development, or client relationship roles within the fintech, FX/payments, or crypto/digital assets sectors. The primary focus is on acquiring and onboarding new partners, driving cross-border payment volume, and owning the end-to-end sales process to meet or exceed quarterly targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong network across PSPs, OTC desks, exchanges, or financial institutions and be adept at identifying and developing new strategic payment corridors. Key responsibilities for the Head of Sales include building and expanding long-term relationships with institutional partners, ensuring seamless onboarding and operational handover, and providing strategic input on pricing, corridor expansion, and market entry initiatives. The role requires a self-starter who is a confident negotiator, capable of managing complex deal cycles independently, and who can thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Familiarity with stablecoins, cross-border FX settlement, and liquidity operations is preferred. The candidate should be fluent in English, with additional Asian language skills being a plus, and must be able to collaborate with commercial and marketing teams on go-to-market activities and partnership announcements.Travel PercentLess than 10%FunctionsSales/Revenue
