You'll be the primary relationship lead working directly with owners, managing financials, and driving strategic projects from idea through execution. This role puts you at the center of NYC's independent restaurant scene with a front-row seat to how top hospitality brands are built and scaled.Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for 4–5 restaurant accounts- Oversee weekly financial reporting, cash flow management, and ad-hoc modeling- Own strategic projects and operational initiatives, contributing ideas, managing timelines, and driving them to completion- Coordinate with various teams (bookkeepers, marketing, tech, General Managers) to ensure timely, high-quality delivery- Identify client pain points and drive solutions, proactively flagging opportunities to improve margins and efficiency- Maintain documentation, SOPs, and internal notes for each accountRequirements- 3+ years of experience in client services, restaurant finance, or hospitality operations- Proficient in Google Sheets or Excel and comfortable building and interpreting financial models- Able to read a P&L, identify inefficiencies, and communicate insights clearly to a non-finance audience- Experience with QuickBooks Online, Toast, Square, or MarginEdge preferred- Detail-oriented, fast-moving, and comfortable owning client-facing relationships- Juggle competing priorities across a portfolio of clients, managing timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables while maintaining careful attention to detail- Genuine passion for the restaurant industry and a desire to help operators build lasting businesses
