Treasury ManagerLocation: Plymouth, MNCompensation: $120,000 to $140,000 base plus 20% bonusSchedule: HybridOverviewA well established and growing organization is seeking a Treasury Manager to lead cash management and treasury operations across a domestic portfolio. This role will have full ownership of treasury activities and will partner closely with accounting, AP, and senior leadership to ensure strong liquidity, controls, and operational efficiency as the organization continues to evolve.This is a hands-on role for a seasoned treasury professional who enjoys owning the function, improving processes, and serving as the primary treasury leader for the business.Key Responsibilities• Lead daily cash management and liquidity oversight across corporate and property level accounts • Ensure adequate funding for AP, check runs, wires, and ACH activity • Oversee wire transfers and ACH payments in compliance with internal controls • Manage banking relationships including account administration, signatories, and bank fee analysis • Administer banking platforms and corporate card programs • Manage monthly cash call activity including funding, transfers, and related journal entries • Review bank reconciliations and monthly bank analysis statements • Develop, document, and maintain treasury policies, procedures, and internal controls • Partner closely with accounting and AP teams to support smooth cash operations • Recommend and implement improvements to cash management and treasury processes • Provide treasury reporting and cash forecasting support to leadership • Assist with check processing and incoming deposits as neededQualifications• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field or equivalent experience • 5 plus years of treasury or cash management experience in a mid sized or large organization • Certified Treasury Professional certification strongly preferred • Strong experience with cash management, banking operations, and internal controls • Experience with enterprise accounting or ERP systems • Yardi experience helpful but not required • Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilityINFEB2025LI-HK1LI-OnsiteEB-1120969051
