Keeping current with changing trends, industry developments and competitor’s strategiesProvide the sales and operations updates on product trends and potential changes to standard products being stockedIdentify current and future customer service requirements by establishing personal rapport with customers and other persons able to understand service requirements. Provides product, service, or equipment technical and engineering information by answering questions and requestsSupport sales in ensuring all technical requirements are being tracked for “critical” open field issuesSupport clients to resolve technical challenges at the business and field level and provides weekly, monthly reports and feedbackHelp in researching and developing new productsFocus will be on primary accounts in Texas, New Mexico and OklahomaAdditional task as assignedPreferred Candidate Will Possess a Combination Of The FollowingRelated post-secondary education and 10 years senior/strategic management experience in an oilfield equipment sales role (or equivalent combination of education and experience)Thorough understanding of US oil and gas industry, including customers, competitors and productsStrong leadership and interpersonal skills - ability to create accountability and commitment towards achieving positive resultsAction oriented - strong entrepreneurial drive and attention to detailA solid reputation for integrity and delivering on commitmentsWell-developed customer relations skillsStrong computer skills - experience with enterprise wide systems is an assetSuperior written and oral communication skills with an eye for detailFamiliarity with manufacturing processes, Engineering drawings and specifications are a definite assetExperience with technical / engineered products preferredWe thank all applicants for their interest.
