Supply Chain Analyst

Job Description: Sourcing and Vendor Support: Assist Procurement team in the generation, management, and comprehensive analysis of all Annual and Ad-hoc RFPs. Facilitate and provide support in vendor discussions and negotiations with Field Service Providers (FSPs). Contract Management & Database: Facilitate the end-to-end contract execution process for Field Service Partners, including updates and secure archiving. Cost & Financial Modeling: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop accurate and complete cost estimates for all projects. Advanced Data Management: Utilize functions in Google Sheets and Excel to manage and interpret large datasets. AI Integration & Process Automation: Experiment with AI tools (e.g., Gemini, ChatGPT) for data mining and process automation. Cost Reduction Initiatives: Assist Procurement Manager in designing and executing strategic projects aiming at achieving significant cost reductions.
