Servicenow Developer

We have a ServiceNow Developer position for our client based in Washington, DC. This is a 100% REMOTE set-up position & comes with benefits, 401K & some accrued PTO.Full Time job opportunity with Health Benefits, 401k and Accrued PTO offered.Candidate must possess eligibility for obtaining security clearance. ServiceNow DeveloperRemote Role Key Responsibilities·Develop and configure ServiceNow solutions (catalog items, workflows, forms, UI policies)·Build and maintain scripts (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes)·Translate user stories into working configurations and code·Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, refinement, demos)·Collaborate with functional analysts to clarify requirements·Support unit testing, defect resolution, and UAT activities·Troubleshoot production issues and support platform operations·Maintain documentation of configurations and technical componentsRequired Skills & ExperienceExperience with ServiceNow scripting fundamentals (JavaScript, Glide APIs)Hands-on experience with ITSM module (required)Understanding of configuration vs. customization best practicesExperience supporting testing and defect resolutionDesired Skills & Domain ExperienceServiceNow CSA (CAD preferred)Exposure to CMDB, ITOM, HAM, PPM or SPMExperience in structured delivery or consulting environmentsExposure to integrations and Flow DesignerExperience in multi-team or enterprise delivery environments
