As a Reservations Sales Advisor, you will handle inbound calls from customers who are ready to explore their options for premium cruise and land vacation packages. Your job is to listen carefully, ask the right questions, and guide them toward a booking they will be excited about.Travel industry experience is not required. Full training is provided. What cannot be trained is genuine curiosity about people and a competitive desire to close. If those come naturally to you, the rest is learnable.DAY TO DAYTake inbound sales calls and build real rapport with prospective customers from the first helloUnderstand each customer's wishlist and match them with the right vacation packageProvide accurate, timely quotes and walk customers through their options confidentlyPivot gracefully when a first suggestion does not fit and find a solution that doesHit performance targets across conversion rate, average margin, data capture, and call handlingComplete booking administration accurately and without errorsContribute positively to a team environment that moves fast and values collaborationFollow FTC guidelines, applicable state Seller of Travel regulations, and data protection requirementsSKILLS AND EXPERIENCEPrior experience in a sales role; a call center background is helpful but not requiredA competitive, self-motivated attitude with a track record of hitting goalsStrong listening and interpersonal skills that put customers at easeOrganized and accurate under pressure with great attention to detailFlexibility to work evenings and weekends on a rotating basisComfortable with standard business software including Excel, Word, and OutlookSecond language ability is a welcome bonusTraining will be done in the UKBENEFITSCompetitive base salary plus commissionHealth insurance401(k) with company contributionFAM trip participation: travel on the packages you sell and experience them firsthand
