Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly driven Project Manager to oversee the construction of ultra-high-end custom homes ranging from 10,000 to 50,000 square feet. This role requires exceptional leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex, large-scale residential projects from concept through completion.Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all phases of custom home construction projects, including pre-construction, budgeting, scheduling, execution, and closeout Collaborate closely with architects, designers, engineers, and clients to ensure project vision and expectations are met Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and forecasts Oversee subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel to ensure quality craftsmanship and adherence to timelines Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards Conduct regular site visits and progress meetings with stakeholders Proactively identify risks and implement solutions to keep projects on track Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, providing updates and managing expectations Review and approve contracts, change orders, and invoicesQualifications 5+ years of experience in residential construction project management, preferably in luxury/custom homes Proven experience managing large-scale homes (10,000+ sq ft required; 20,000+ sq ft preferred) Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and high-end finishes Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, MS Project) Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and cost control Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred
