Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Downtown Birmingham for a Loan Officer Assistant. The assistant will be responsible for supporting loan officers in managing loan files, collecting and organizing client documentation, assisting with underwriting processes, and providing outstanding customer service. Additional tasks include communicating with clients, responding to inquiries, and ensuring all necessary materials are submitted on time for loan processing.
