If you're ready to bring your skills to a mission-driven organization with a 130-year legacy of care, we want to hear from you!What You’ll DoKeep our facilities in top shape by performing routine maintenance and minor repairs across our campuses. Tackle a variety of systems—HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and more. Conduct daily rounds, complete preventive maintenance, and respond to work orders. Ensure safety by clearing walkways, assisting with snow removal, and responding to emergencies. Support room setups and help manage stock deliveries. Use our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to stay organized and efficient. Lead by example—guide and support other team members when needed. QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent. 2-3 years of maintenance experience preferred; healthcare or senior living experience is highly valued. Solid skills in plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems. Ability to lift 50 lbs and work both independently and as part of a team. Valid Michigan driver’s license, reliable transportation, and vehicle insurance. Must pass a background check and work physical.
