Digital Product Analyst

We are seeking a Product Analyst – Operational Cutover Lead to support a large-scale Order Management System (OMS) migration program. This role is responsible for driving business and operational readiness while leading the execution of cutover activities.You will partner closely with a Technical Cutover Lead to ensure a seamless transition from legacy systems to a new OMS platform. This position plays a critical role in aligning business operations with technical delivery to ensure a successful go-live with minimal disruption.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Cutover LeadershipOwn and manage the operational cutover plan aligned with technical timelinesPartner with business leaders to define and sequence operational activitiesTranslate technical cutover activities into clear business impacts and actionsAlign operational execution with system, data, and environment readinessCross-Functional PlanningCo-develop end-to-end cutover plans with technical teamsIdentify and manage dependencies across systems, data, and workflowsSupport command center planning, escalation paths, and governanceOperational ReadinessEnsure readiness across key business functions including:Customer CareFulfillment / WarehouseStore OperationsFinance / PaymentsDefine and validate business readiness criteria for go-liveRunbook Development & TestingCreate and maintain operational cutover runbooksLead mock cutovers and rehearsalsIdentify gaps and ensure remediation prior to launchExecution & StabilizationServe as operational lead during live cutover eventsSupport command center operations and issue escalationMonitor post-launch performance and operational KPIsLead post-cutover reviews and continuous improvement effortsRequired Qualifications5+ years of experience in product analysis, business analysis, program coordination, or operationsExperience supporting large-scale system implementations or migrationsStrong cross-functional collaboration across business and technical teamsAbility to translate technical concepts into business impactExperience developing runbooks, operational plans, or launch playbooksPreferred QualificationsExperience working with OMS platforms (e.g., Manhattan Active Omni)Background in e-commerce or retail fulfillment operationsExperience supporting cutover events, releases, or command center environmentsKey SkillsProcess design and optimizationCross-functional coordinationRisk identification and mitigationRunbook creation and executionStrong communication under pressureSuccess MetricsSeamless coordination between business and technical cutover activitiesSuccessful OMS migration with minimal disruptionStrong alignment between operational and technical readinessEffective execution of rehearsals and go-liveRapid post-launch stabilization
