Software Developer – Power Platform Developer - Copilot Studio

We are seeking an experienced Power Platform Developer to support automation, workflow optimization, and enterprise application modernization within the Digital Workplace and DEX Engineering organization. This role supports the 2026 DEX Strategy, with a strong emphasis on automation foundations, digital fluency, forms/data solutions, and delivery of enterprise-grade Power Platform applications.Core platform skillsStrong hands-on experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, with emphasis on Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot StudioDemonstrated experience designing, building, and supporting Copilot Studio agents in an enterprise environmentEngineering and lifecycle disciplineSolid understanding of enterprise ALM and SDLC practices, including environment strategy, source control, solution packaging, deployments, and change managementExperience operating within regulated or controlled environments where auditability, approvals, and rollback matterIntegration and connectorsProven experience working with Power Platform connectors, including creating and managing custom connectorsExperience integrating with Tier 1 enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, HR, identity, ticketing, or finance platforms)Comfort navigating API documentation, authentication patterns, and data security considerationsOperational mindsetAbility to work within defined guardrails while still moving quicklyStrong documentation habits to support supportability, handoff, and audit needsClear communication and collaboration with internal teams and vendorsEqual Opportunity Employer/Veterans/DisabledBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, an EAP program, commuter benefits, and a 401K plan.
