Job DetailsAdoption Marketing Events Manager (Contract)Location: Remote within the United StatesDuration: Contract through 12/23/2026OverviewAdobe is seeking an Events and Operations Manager to support the Adoption Marketing team in delivering customer learning events and advocacy programs across Adobe Experience Cloud products. This role will focus on end-to-end project management, customer program coordination, in-person event execution, and operational support for large-scale customer engagement initiatives.This person will work closely with Adoption Marketing, Customer Engagement, Experience League Platform, Product Marketing, and Product Management teams.ResponsibilitiesSupport Adobe Champions, Adobe's premier customer advocate program consisting of 220+ enterprise customers across CX solutionsManage the application process for the 2026-2027 Adobe Champion classCoordinate end-to-end judging workflows across six solution areasTrack submissions, timelines, stakeholder alignment, and judging panel coordinationSupport onboarding and offboarding processes for strategic customer advocatesManage communications, documentation, enablement tracking, and operational workflowsExecute logistics for the Adobe Champion Forum multi-day in-person eventCoordinate vendors, catering, AV, room logistics, scheduling, and onsite executionBuild and maintain run-of-show documentation and internal event communicationsCoordinate speaker preparation, slide collection, and product team participationSupport planning and execution for Adobe Summit 2027Partner with adoption marketers on event programming and session coordinationWork with the centralized Summit team on scheduling and event logisticsSupport customer content delivery for Skill Exchange at Summit sessionsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field5+ years of experience in events, marketing, customer marketing, or program managementStrong experience managing complex event logistics and cross-functional coordinationExperience supporting customer advocacy or customer engagement programsAbility to manage multiple timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables simultaneouslyStrong written and verbal communication skillsHighly organized, self-directed, and execution-focusedComfortable operating in fast-paced, dynamic environmentsExperience leveraging AI tools or agents to improve operational efficiencyMarketo experience is a plusCompensationPay Rate: $60.00 to $62.68 per hourRequisition ID: 37239389
