This is a position with opportunities for future growth and advancement.Learn more about our firm by visitingEssential Tasks and Responsibilities· Perform research of surveying and mapping records from different sources,· Review title report documents, analyze deeds, and retrace easements.· Prepare and analyze survey-related CAD drawings, including boundary surveys, topographic maps, ALTA/NSPS surveys, subdivision maps, and as-built surveys.· Assist in the preparation of legal descriptions, plats, and exhibits as required for various project types.· Post processing of survey data and perform quality control checks to ensure accuracy and completeness.· Perform calculations for boundary analysis, and other survey tasks using Civil 3D and TBC.· Conduct closure calculations, coordinate geometry (COGO) computations, and resolve discrepancies in field data.· Collaborate with survey project managers to ensure project objectives, timelines, and budgets are met.· Ensure compliance with jurisdictional codes, standards, and survey regulations.· Communicate effectively with field staff, engineers, and clients to clarify survey requirements and resolve technical issues.QualificationsMinimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
