Land Survey CAD Technician

What You’ll Do Produce high-quality ALTA surveys, plats, easements, topographic surveys, and legal descriptionsTurn raw field data into clean, accurate Civil 3D deliverables with minimal oversightLead point cloud registration efforts and support LiDAR and drone data processingPrepare clear, client-ready exhibits for engineering and development teamsCollaborate closely with surveyors and PMs to maintain momentum and meet deadlinesWhat Sets You Apart Strong command of Civil 3D and Trimble Business CenterProven experience with point clouds, LiDAR, and/or photogrammetry (Pix4D or similar)Deep understanding of survey workflows, boundary principles, and coordinate systemsAbility to work efficiently, catch issues early, and deliver reliable resultsQualifications Associate degree or technical certification in CAD, Surveying, or related field2+ years of relevant experience (more is valued and reflected in compensation)
