The ideal candidate will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to create seamless and accessible interfaces for healthcare applications. Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end UI/UX design process from research to finaldelivery Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback analysisCollaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Business)Ensure designs follow healthcare compliance standards (HIPAA, accessibility guidelines)Create and maintain design systems and UI standards Optimize user journeys to improve engagement and usabilityStay updated with latest design trends, tools, and healthcare UX best practices Required Skills & Qualifications10+ years of experience in UI/UX Design Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design projectsExperience in healthcare, pharma, or health-tech applicationsProficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision Solid understanding of user-centered design principlesExperience with responsive and mobile-first design Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG) and healthcare compliance (HIPAA)Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred QualificationsExperience designing EMR/EHR systems or patient portalsFamiliarity with data visualization and dashboardsBasic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments -Thanks & regardsAkram Khan
