Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Operations Manager role based in Ontario, CA. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, streamline processes, and ensure optimal efficiency in organizational workflows. Responsibilities include managing teams, developing and implementing operational policies, collaborating cross-functionally, and maintaining compliance with industry standards. The role also involves monitoring performance metrics, resolving operational issues, and leading initiatives to achieve business goals with a focus on continual improvement. Qualifications Proficiency in Operations Management, Strategic Planning, and Process OptimizationStrong leadership, team management, and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skillsProject Management and Time Management expertiseAbility to analyze performance data and implement corrective actionsExperience in budget planning, resource allocation, and cost managementProficiency with relevant software tools and systems for operational managementBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related fieldExperience in a similar role or industry-specific operations is preferred
