Senior Enterprise Solutions Architect

DescriptionAbout the RoleWe’re looking for a Senior Enterprise Solutions Architect to streamline and optimize the way our Partner Services team works. You’ll automate browser-based tasks, optimize workflows, manage data extraction and transformation, and support AWS infrastructure automation. This role is ideal for someone with a scripting background and a passion for improving operational efficiency — without the heavy infrastructure ownership of a DevOps or software engineering role.Location - We are flexible on remote working from home, if you are located in the USA and reside in one of the following states - CT, FL, GA, ME, MA, MD, NJ, NC, TN, & VA.What You’ll DoAutomate repetitive browser tasks using SeleniumUse PowerShell and/or Python for data extraction, transformation, and automationLeverage Ansible to automate AWS provisioning and configurationSupport database tasks (SQL queries, data reports, performance reviewsAnalyze workflows to identify automation opportunitiesWork closely with TAMs, developers, and service delivery teamsDocument processes clearly for handover and long-term maintenanceTroubleshoot automation scripts and data processesAbout You4-6 years’ experience in technical automation or scripting rolesPowerShell expertise; Python knowledge is a plusSelenium or other browser automation toolsAWS and Ansible experienceSQL proficiency (MySQL/SQL Server)Detail-oriented, problem-solving mindsetStrong collaboration and documentation skillsOther duties as needed About Us NinjaOne unifies IT to simplify work for nearly 40,000 customers in 140+ countries.The NinjaOne Unified IT Operations Platform delivers endpoint management, autonomous patching, backup, and remote access in a single console to improve efficiency, increase resilience, and reduce spend. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage and PTO.
